Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality and Risks Officer to develop and implement a Quality Framework, ensuring Karadi maintains a robust quality system that embeds continuous improvement and works towards accreditation. The officer will also oversee Karadi's risk management framework, ensuring good risk and safety practices are embedded within policies, procedures, and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking ownership of quality systems and processes across the organisation.
* Maintaining a quality framework aligned with legislation, standards, and strategic direction.
* Developing and updating policies, procedures, and other quality documentation.
* Embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
* SUPPORTING leaders to achieve compliance with the organisation's quality management system and associated accreditation standards.
* Identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations.
* Managing risk management and continuous improvement systems.
* Reporting and analysing data related to incidents, complaints, and feedback.
* Supporting leaders in implementing and maintaining a risk management program and continuous improvement.
* Managing compliance with accreditation bodies.
* Establishing an internal audit program that meets quality accreditation standards.
* Promoting quality and performance improvement across the organisation.
Qualifications and Competencies:
* Demonstrated experience in quality management and compliance.
* A diploma or degree in a related discipline.
* High-level communication skills.
* Experience in writing policies and procedures.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
* Risk management and problem-solving skills.
* MS Office Suite proficiency.
* National Police Check.
* Working with Vulnerable People/Children Card.
* Current Driver Licence.
