Customer Service Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team in Adelaide.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a secure environment
* Ensuring compliance with all testing procedures and company policies
* Checking and verifying candidate identification against test registration; assisting with test setup
* Explaining exam procedures and proctoring candidates during testing
* Troubleshooting technical issues with internal departments
* Escalating policy breaches to relevant personnel immediately
* Performing light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each exam
* Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred
* Experience in proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable
* Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs independently
* Comfortable in a quiet testing environment, with good hearing and eyesight from a distance
