What You'll Do:
* IDentify and build relationships with new customers in the horticultural sector
* Provide hands-on product demonstrations and training at farms and offices
* Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and profitability
* Optimize the customer decision journey to minimize spend and resources, and maximize purchases and repurchases
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in agribusiness or Ag Tech
* Background or experience in perennial tree crops, agronomy, or horticulture
* Strong understanding of farming systems, soil science, nutrition, and irrigation
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Able to work independently and drive results without direct supervision
* World-Class service delivery & customer-centric attitude
* A valid driver's license and own vehicle
* Valid work permit for Australia (if applicable)
