Trainee / Junior Site Supervisor
Lifewood installs premium natural timber flooring and staircases in some of Perth's most beautiful homes. We are looking for a young, energetic tradie with the mindset of winning on every job — someone who takes pride in quality, attention to detail, and great customer service. This role is ideal for someone from a carpentry, flooring, cabinet or interior fit-out background who wants to grow into site supervision and leadership.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in carpentry, flooring, cabinet making or interior fit-out.

What You'll Do
* Assist supervising flooring and stair installations
* Coordinate installers and subcontractors on site
* Ensure work meets Lifewood's high standards
* Communicate with clients and keep projects running smoothly
* Support project planning, materials and site organisation

Projects across Perth Metro | Based in Osborne Park
A current car licence is required for travel between Perth Metro project sites.
