Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a part-time Community Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team servicing clients in and around Rockhampton. Our nursing services fall between business hours Monday to Friday, offering flexibility for work-life balance.
The successful candidate will deliver individualized clinical based nursing care to customers living in the home environment, conducting nursing assessments and developing care/support plans, providing clinical nursing advice and support to our customers and their families, and liaising closely with our Nursing Managers, Branch Managers and team, Allied health and community networks.
The ideal candidate should possess a nursing degree with current unrestricted AHPRA registration, valid Australian driver's license and insured vehicle, willingness to travel, experience in a community nursing or similar setting, and demonstrated knowledge of catheter care, wound care, chronic & complex care and writing care plans.
