About the Role
">
The Integrated Logistic Support Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of product support. This includes minimizing downtime, reducing life cycle costs, and improving customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for developing and integrating support approaches and plans for the execution of sustainment programs. Additionally, you will integrate and evaluate support elements to development program proposals, develop performance metrics, and monitor adherence to program plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
">
1. Enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of product support, minimize downtime, reduce life cycle costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure that the necessary support elements are in place to sustain the product's operational capability, address issues and changes, and meet the user's needs throughout its life cycle.
3. Provide accurate estimates for resourcing effort required for new work bids (including RFT responses and CES & S&Q tasks), regular forecast revisions, and Estimate to Complete.

Requirements
">
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in the relevant technical discipline. Defence industry experience would be preferred.
* Previous experience coordinating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including commonwealth customers, on technical issues.
* Experience interfacing with Australian Defence Force personnel.
* Experience in leading, managing, and developing teams across multiple projects.
* Experience in liaison and negotiation with multiple internal stakeholders and prioritization of team tasking.
* Demonstrated experience in driving the delivery of multiple outcomes on time and within budget.
* An Associate Diploma or equivalent technical qualifications in a relevant technical discipline.
