We are seeking to establish a pool of Deputy Principal's for permanent and fixed term, full-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Warnbro Primary School (PS) is an outer suburban school situated near the white sands and calm blue waters of Warnbro Beach. We are an Independent Public School catering for children from Kindergarten to Year 6. Established in 1973, we have a rich history, and traditions that spans over 50 years. Our community serves approximately 270 students.

The Role

The Student Services Deputy Principal plays a pivotal role in leading and coordinating whole‐school approaches that support the academic, social, and emotional success of all students. This position drives the implementation of Warnbro PS's Business Plan targets by ideally strengthening evidence‐based intervention processes, monitoring student progress, and ensuring early, targeted support for identified cohorts. The Deputy Principal should lead attendance improvement strategies, oversees behaviour and wellbeing frameworks, and collaborates with staff to embed consistent, high‐impact practices that enhance student engagement and achievement. Through data informed decision making, strong partnerships with families, and alignment with school wide priorities, the Student Services Deputy Principal would ensure every student is supported to thrive and reach their full potential.

As an integral member of the executive leadership team, you will ideally lead and develop innovative solutions; establish and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with stakeholders and build a culture of professional excellence with school leaders, teachers and allied staff so that our students are future-ready and able to contribute effectively to the wider community.
