Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Liability Loss Adjuster, based in Carlton, VIC, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. Responsibilities include managing liability claims from initial notification to resolution, conducting thorough investigations, negotiating settlements, and providing expert claims management services. The role requires regular communication with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders, ensuring claims are processed efficiently and in alignment with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Claims Handling and Adjustments
* Strong skills in Claims Management and Insurance processes
* Experience managing Property Claims
* Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Effective communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in using claims management software and relevant technology
* Knowledge of Australian insurance laws and regulations
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional certification in insurance or loss adjusting are advantageous
