About the Role:
NHP have an exciting opportunity available in our Goldfields region of WA for an experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT professional. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will have full flexibility & ownership of increasing NHP’s market share. You will engage with a broad range of customers including End Users, OEM's, Contractors, System Integrators and Wholesalers.
Technical training & support provided! At the cornerstone of NHP’s success, technical training and business support tools are high upon the agenda for personal & professional growth. With a variety of expertly developed programs that are both internal and externally produced they position NHP as a market leader in the field of staff training.
Key responsibilities include:
* Build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve designated sales targets
* Maintain close contact with customers and potential customers through effective utilisation of product knowledge
* Collaborate with NHP staff to build and develop product sales
* Coordination of customer presentations, highlighting the products, solutions & service capabilities
Ideally you will have / be:
* A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, preferably within the Electrical sector
* An understanding of the WA Goldfields sales market
* Experience operating a CRM database or similar
* A track record in delivering sales results & servicing customer needs
* An ability to ‘listen to the customer’ & translate needs into business solutions
* An outstanding communicator who thrives on building strong customer relationships
* Effective time management & organizational skills
