Veterinary Team Leader Job Opportunity
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Veterinary Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and team-building skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage clinic operations, including stock management, personnel supervision, scheduling, and client record maintenance.
* Lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional client service and outstanding patient care.
* Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
* Perform nursing duties as required, including training and mentoring nurses.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent experience. You must also demonstrate genuine care for clients, patients, and colleagues, as well as extensive knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures.
