Team Qualifications (Requirements)

* Valid driver's license with a clean record
* Ability to work on rotation with an on‐call schedule for emergencies
* Ability to lift 75 lb. frequently
* Desire to continually learn new things
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities)
* High‐level performance of drywall, texture, and paint repairs
* Carpentry—framing, cabinetry, roof construction, decks, and fences
* Maintain focus and dedication to excellent customer service
* Keep truck clean, stocked, and organized and maintain all company equipment
* Be accessible by phone and participate in the on‐call schedule as emergencies occur
* Assist with warehousing and facility‐related tasks when necessary
* Assist other team members and lead when needed
