Client Care Representative Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by delivering exceptional customer service as a Client Care Representative in our hearing clinic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, scheduling appointments and providing administrative support to our clinicians. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, opening and closing procedures, phone line management, billing clients correctly and taking payments.
* Provide outstanding service to clients and assist them in managing their hearing health.
* Manage client relationships through face-to-face communication, email and over the phone.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Requirements for this role include prior experience in customer service and/or administration, excellent communication and active listening skills, resilience, self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously within a team.
