Reporting to the Logistics Operations Manager, you will lead the team to ensure optimal customer service is delivered, while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, you will drive performance and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all warehouse and distribution functions on site.Oversee the receival, storage, order picking, dispatch, and transportation of products.Maintain high standards of product quality, stock accuracy, safety, and hygiene.Ensure compliance with food safety, HSE, and cold chain requirements.Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cost, and service delivery.Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated warehouse team.Monitor KPIs and reporting to support operational decisions.About You5+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics environment.Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields are preferred.Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate employees.Experience with SAP and WMS is preferred.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.Our story is one of a family business created by the Besnier Family in 1933, and today we are the world's No. 1 dairy company.
