We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Head of Department - Student Services to lead and support student engagement, wellbeing and positive behaviour across Years 4-6.

Mabel Park State School is a Prep‐Year 6 school delivering inclusive learning and Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) practices that promote engagement, wellbeing and high expectations. Student Services ensures students are supported and ready to learn. As the Head of Department - Student Services, you will:
* Focus on initiatives to support the educational outcomes for students.
* Incorporate the vision of Early Childhood and State Schools Division into school planning.
* Develop the quality of teaching and learning.
* Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers and community.
