Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities to ensure optimal site performance.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, BGIS systems, and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with contractors, clients, and the BGIS team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Assist in permit-to-work creation, daily reports, and helpdesk response.
* Conduct asset inspections and minor maintenance works as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in facilities or property maintenance.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in OH&S and quality systems.
* Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet KPIs under pressure.
* Current driver's license.

Job Summary
