Guest Relations Ambassador
This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our guests' experiences. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for their visit and ensure that every interaction is exceptional.
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Coordinator who can provide premium client service to all guests, executives, staff, and contractors at our corporate office. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome and direct all guests upon arrival, ensuring immediate recognition and appropriate guidance.
In addition to your guest relations duties, you will also be responsible for setting up facilities for on-site meetings and events, overseeing meeting rooms and office spaces, managing beverage orders, and coordinating food and beverage requirements. You will also handle administrative duties, including accounts payable, WHS site audits, and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you must be driven, accountable, and conscientious, with a strong ability to provide high-quality customer service. You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with exposure to high-end corporate environments, hospitality, or event management. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required.
