The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Structural Site Engineer with a strong background in post-tensioned (PT) and reinforced concrete (RC) structures within high-rise buildings. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring structural integrity, managing on-site execution, and driving engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee PT and RC works to ensure structural stability and compliance. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to coordinate construction plans. Use Procore or Aconex to track project progress, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication. Conduct structural analysis, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify challenges and implement solutions. Provide technical support to the site team, troubleshooting engineering issues to keep the project on track. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in PT & RC structures on high-rise buildings (essential). Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail & ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Procore or Aconex (preferred). Must have local experience & be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.
