About The Position
This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong sales background, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences within a growing financial advisory firm.
Your Role And Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
* Engaging clients over the phone to update information and conduct fact-finding.
* Scheduling and confirming client appointments with Financial Advisers.
* Providing outstanding service to build and maintain client relationships.
* Conducting both inbound and outbound calls to ensure seamless client service.
* Supporting Financial Advisers with scheduling and client information management.
* Utilizing CRM and financial platforms to manage client workflows.
* Regular use of Microsoft Office programs.
About You
* Proven experience in a client-facing role within financial services, with a strong sales background.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative mindset with adaptability to work in a diverse team.
