Design Architect
We are seeking an experienced design professional to collaborate closely with our directors on early concept development and delivery of major multi-residential and mixed-use projects. As a highly skilled Design Architect, you will be responsible for creating solar access studies, producing detailed drawings and schedules (Revit), and effectively translating hand sketches into functional designs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create accurate solar access studies
* Produce detailed drawings and schedules using Revit
* Translate hand sketches into functional designs quickly
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Australian multi-residential or mixed-use DA submissions
* Strong understanding of the ADG and its practical application in real-world projects
* Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
