What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing a residential portfolio end-to-end with a strong focus on service and retention
* Conducting entry & exit reports, routine inspections, and lease renewals
* Managing leasing processes including advertising, applications, and tenant selection
* Coordinating maintenance through our structured systems and support team
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Utilising Property Me to manage workflows, communications, and compliance
* Maintaining accurate records, files, and compliance documentation
* Working collaboratively with a high-performing team to achieve growth targets
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 3+ years Property Management experience (essential)
* Proven ability to manage a portfolio with efficiency and attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
* High-level communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Tech-savvy and confident learning and using systems like Property Me
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability
* Current Real Estate Registration (QLD) required
* Current QLD Driving License
