Employment Type : Part Time or Full Time

Remuneration : $ Negotiable on experience

Location : Office + WFH

We are open to discussions with OT's with all levels of experience that enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

On a Daily Basis You Will

* Managing a caseload and completing therapeutic services
* Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
* Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
* Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based
* Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
* Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

To Be Considered Suitable You Will Have

* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
* Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment
* Demonstrated ability to work independently
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
