We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee large-scale mining process equipment upgrade projects, focusing on Bulk Material Handling within the Iron Ore sector.
* Manage external and internal projects, ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and contract fulfillment.
* Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, adhering to safety and quality standards.
* Ensure practices align with established company processes, tools, and policies.
* Adhere to robust scope change management practices in delivering projects.
* Provide expert financial forecasting and oversight.
* Coordinate overall project monitoring, issue resolution, schedule, and budget management.
* Support post-project activities, including handover, warranty, and installed base activity.
For this role, you will need:
* A mechanical degree or relevant prior experience essential.
* Ability to read and understand drawings, manufacturing processes, and engineered assemblies.
* Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated project management experience.
* Knowledge and experience of the product portfolio.
* Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Working knowledge of PCM process in SAP.
