We are looking for a Receptionist to work casually on a Tuesday and a Friday.
Job Description
Situated in the local shopping village, our practice offers ample parking for both team members and patients alike. With a focus on diversity and a family-oriented approach, our dental practice boasts a team of Dentists dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
* Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
* Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
* Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
* Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable.
* Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software (e.g. Oasis) is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
