Overview
Permanent and Locum Hospital Pharmacist – 2,3–6-month Locum Hospital contracts and Permanent positions available across QLD, NT, NSW, VIC and WA (Renal, Oncology, Clinical, Gen Med, Surgical, Mental Health). Generous relocation package available for permanent roles. Multiple locations available in QLD, VIC, NT and WA. Qualified Pharmacist, Bachelor or Masters in Pharmacy AHPRA registration.
Responsibilities
You will deliver high level clinical pharmacy services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to Hospital and Health Service stakeholders / customers. Providing pharmacy services to patients with a complex and varied workload; with a high degree of independence and initiative; to develop services and promote and maintain best practice care to patients.

Role Requirements
* Degree in Pharmacy
* Hospital Pharmacy experience is Mandatory for all hospital roles
* Relevant licensing & registration with full AHPRA are essential
* Police check (within the past 6 months)
* Driver's Licence
* Evidence of relevant qualifications
* Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate)
* Full working rights in Australia - current VISA, PR or Citizenship
