Position Details
* Location: Shepparton on Yorta Yorta Country
* Type: Part time (0.5 FTE) ongoing position
* Base Salary: $100,000 pa (pro‐rata) + Super & salary packaging
Responsibilities
* Drive initiatives to increase awareness of foster care opportunities and attract new carers capable of providing therapeutic foster care placements.
* Market, communicate, and recruit carers as part of the New Community Engagement role within the Therapeutic Foster Care model.
* Collaborate with the Foster Carer Recruitment, Assessment & Training team to expand foster carer resources.
Qualifications
* Experience with marketing initiatives.
* High-level interpersonal, relationship and communication skills with expertise in developing partnerships.
* High motivation, enthusiasm, drive, creativity and initiative.
* Experience in supporting and working with volunteer foster carers.
* Knowledge and understanding of the Foster Care service system.
* A Diploma in social work, psychology, marketing, communications, business administration (with a marketing focus) or a relevant field is required.
