Role Overview:

The Community Programs and Engagement Manager provides operational oversight and leadership for the Magistrates Early Referral into Treatment (MERIT) and Community Engagement Teams (CET) across Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) services.

* Provide operational management and strategic direction for MERIT and CET teams
* Develop and implement community engagement strategies to improve program outcomes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve service goals and objectives
* Proven experience in community programs and engagement management
* Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
