Role Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, you are key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly and create a positive, engaging work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a passionate, high‑performing team.
- Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail; bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
- Operational know‑how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention and performance reporting.
- Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
- Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a must.
