You will be responsible for providing confidential secretarial, administrative, and reception support to consultants, while playing a key role in the smooth day-to-day functioning of the department.
As a central figure in the department's support structure, you'll contribute to the coordination and quality control of administrative processes, ensuring they meet high standards. Your role will involve managing events, special projects, and supporting operational needs across sites as required.
