Offer description

Job Role:

* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* To develop and implement operational procedures that enhance the delivery of services to customers.
* Support the management team, project coordinators, estimators, team leaders, administrators, and the field service team.

Requirements:

* A Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications are essential.
* Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Experience using electronic project/cost management systems.
* Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is desirable.
* Previous experience in an engineering/trade field service environment, preferably in an administrative or planning role.
