We're looking for a capable Client Service / Administration Officer to join our Burnie office and support a busy financial advice team.

If you're organised, reliable, good with people, and you genuinely care about getting the details right — you'll do well here.

About us

We're a well-established advice business with offices in Burnie, Devonport, Launceston (Zenith Wealth) and Carlton North (Moran Partners Financial Planning, Melbourne).

We run a professional, client-first practice, and we take pride in doing things properly — good process, good communication, and strong follow-through.

The role

This is a hands-on position supporting advisers and clients across the full advice process. Your day will be varied, and you'll be a key part of keeping the office running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

* Client onboarding and ongoing service support
* Managing workflow, tasks, deadlines and follow-ups
* Preparing documents, file notes and client correspondence
* Liaising with clients, product providers and platforms
* Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation
* General office administration and support as required

About you

We're looking for someone who:

* Is organised, proactive and dependable
* Has strong attention to detail (you check your work and care about accuracy)
* Communicates well — in writing, on the phone, and face-to-face
* Is comfortable with systems/technology and learns quickly
* Can manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
* Enjoys being part of a team and taking ownership
* Experience in financial planning / accounting / professional services is highly regarded — but attitude and capability matter most.

This role is based in our Burnie office (50 Marine Terrace, Burnie TAS).
