We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager who is responsible for recent customer acquisition and existing customer growth within our rapidly growing Legal and Professional Services Sector. We need an experienced new business salesperson who has a consultative sales approach, a successful track record finding, acquiring and growing clients with polished presentation skills. Knowledge of how the Professional Services market works along with existing relationships will be well regarded.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships, both existing and new within accounts in your territory
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling new products into new and existing accounts
- Increase revenue through acquiring new clients by building relationships and assessing client needs
- Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation
- Track all opportunity and customer details in Salesforce
- Meet and exceed sales target/goals
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of client satisfaction
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
- Work closely with marketing to establish successful programs
- Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts
Required Experience / Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Experience selling to VP and C level executives
- Business Development and Account Management skills gained in selling SaaS based technologies to large complex organisations
- Knowledge of Content, Case Management technologies and their application to business problems
- Track record of success navigating medium to large Corporations and experience selling into Professional Services firms
- Consistently deliver on closing 6 to 7 figure deals
- Outstanding verbal and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close opportunities over medium to long complex sales cycles
- The ability to work in a fast‑pace, time‑sensitive environment
- Team-selling experience a plus
- Willingness to travel
