Your new role
As Finance Administration Officer, you will be expected to play a key role in delivering financial outcomes for the organisation, whilst also supporting other required administrative duties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage Accounts Payable and Supplier Relations.
* Administer Corporate Credit Cards.
* Handle Accounts Receivable Tasks.
* Provide Administrative Support (document formatting, scheduling, file management).
* Enter Financial Data and Transactions.
* Maintain Asset Management Register.
* Prepare Financial Reports.
* Manage Electronic Banking Files.
* Ensure Data Security and Confidentiality.
* Take Meeting Minutes.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
* Demonstrated experience in data entry and financial administrative support.
* Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or equivalent is highly advantageous.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document management systems.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Professional handling of sensitive and confidential information.
* Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a small team
* Experience with Reckon or MYOB accounting software is desirable.
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
* The ability to learn new systems quickly.
* National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a permanent part-time position, working 25 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of $47,000 to $52,000. You will also join a dedicated and supportive team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
