As our sustained growth continues, we are introducing a new position to support our multiple major Data Centre projects. We're looking for an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast‐paced building materials environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate and execute efficient logistics plans in collaboration with the Logistics and Warehouse Manager and site‐based project coordinators.
* Optimise logistics operations to minimise truck movements across suppliers, subcontractors, and off‐site teams.
* Coordinate, track, and document incoming materials to ensure uninterrupted delivery of construction materials.
* Coordinate and communicate resource requirements, including supervision of materials handlers and forklift operators.
What You'll Need
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships.
* Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi‐phase plans while adapting to changing project requirements.
* Effective problem solver with a flexible, proactive approach and strong on‐the‐spot decision‐making skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
* Knowledge of building materials and construction projects.
