About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* General administrative support across our Finance & Insurance team.
* Maintaining an accurate and organised filing system.
* Assisting with data entry and updating internal systems.
* Preparing and sending correspondence and documentation.
* Supporting internal teams with daily administrative tasks.
* Providing friendly and professional customer service when required.
About You
* High level of organisation and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Confidence using computers and various systems.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn.
* A motivated and team-focused attitude.
* Professional presentation and behaviour.
* Dealership or administrative experience (preferred but not essential — full training provided).
