About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to play a trusted and influential role at the heart of the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, supporting the Head of School and leadership team to deliver strategic, operational and people‐focused outcomes. Working within a collaborative, purpose‐driven academic environment, the Administration Coordinator will provide high‐level administrative coordination, bring clarity to complex processes, and contribute to initiatives that enable teaching, research and community impact across the School.

* School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences
* Full‐time, continuing position
* Base salary will range from $95,361 – $102,302 (HEW Level 6) + 17% Superannuation
* Based at our vibrant St Lucia campus

The School is dedicated to educating future healthcare professionals and delivering impactful research across the disciplines of audiology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and speech pathology. We offer eight undergraduate and postgraduate programs, host several world‐leading research centres, and operate multiple healthcare clinics that provide a meaningful service to the community. Key Responsibilities Will Include

* Designing and delivering administrative processes and systems (SOPs, protocols) to meet business needs
* Preparing high‐quality reports, agenda papers, and correspondence for executive decision‐making
* Providing senior administrative support to leadership including scheduling/diary and handling complex enquiries by interpreting organisational policies
* Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships when coordinating projects, events, and operational activities
* Managing data, systems, and logistics including reporting, digital tools, and travel coordination

About You

* A degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of extensive experience and specialist expertise
* Demonstrated experience supporting decision‐makers or an operational unit, and managing competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism
* Demonstrated expertise in administration and coordination, including high‐level written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prepare clear, accurate executive‐level documentation, with a strong customer service focus
* Proven project, event and operational coordination capability, with the ability to manage activities end to end, balance priorities and deliver quality outcomes
* A collaborative and inclusive working style, with well‐developed interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions‐oriented approach to working with stakeholdersHigh‐level proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with administrative and information management systems
* The ability to understand, interpret and apply policies, procedures and regulatory frameworks
