JLE Manufacturing & Hire are currently looking for a qualified Electrical Project Engineer who is keen to contribute to the continued growth of our business and to keep our projects moving.
Reporting to the Project Manager & Senior Engineer for the project you will be responsible for workflow between JLE stakeholders & clients by assisting Project Managers and Management in day to project requirements, working with office administration staff and ensure efficient and effective outcomes based on JLE processes
About the role
* Downloading Project Information when required
* Keeping Project drawings folders up to date and Project files
* Drawing comparisons from IFT to IFC
* Delivering project procurement as directed by project manager or as required within their DOA
* Document control and Project QA
* Aiding project support and project managers in compiling required paperwork for project handover manuals/dossier's
* Providing support with project submissions to estimators, project managers & Managers when required
* Being accountable for finalization of task by yourself
* Ensure a high standard of confidentiality and ethics is maintained always
About you
* Ability to used initiative & be self-motivated
* Ability to work under pressure & adherence to planned deadlines
* Capacity to work independently & also as a team member
* Well-developed management skills such as planning, organizing and evaluation
* Understanding and interpreting relevant Standards and Codes of practice
* Understanding & Training in WHSE Disciplines
