Your Role as Manager - Residential Aged Care

You will be responsible for leading their team for success in the assigned homes in Sinnamon Village. You will partner with the General Manager, RAC Business Operations and the Director – Ageing Well, with a focus on operational excellence, you will ensure the home operates efficiently, safely, and sustainably, meeting all governance, compliance, and Aged Care Standards requirements while aligning day‐to‐day operations with WMQ policies and best practice.

You'll deliver this role by:

* Driving strong financial performance through effective use of financial and material resources to ensure the home is sustainable and meeting budget and margin targets
* Working with the General Manager and Director – Ageing Well to set and deliver growth, margin, and financial performance objectives
* Monitoring market conditions and industry trends to proactively manage operational and financial risks
* Leading high‐performing teams through clear expectations, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Embedding efficient, consistent operational processes that support quality care and positive resident outcomes
* Fostering strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and corporate teams to deliver key priorities
* Creating a culture of learning, development, and innovation, encouraging staff to contribute ideas that improve performance and service delivery

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in managing budget and asset management with a focus on efficiency and cost saving strategies.
* Understanding about compliance and governance issues pertaining to leading an aged care home its accreditation & legislation procedures
* Demonstrated leadership experience preferably within a similar environment.
* Proven ability to consult, positively communicate and negotiate at a high level.
* Proven experience in developing, formulating and execution of organisational strategies.
* Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking expertise and critical decision-making skills.
* Strong knowledge of the legal requirements and governance/compliance processes within the aged care industry.
* Knowledge of current trends, developments and challenges facing the Aged Care industry.
* Proof of Vaccination Status as required by Legislation, Health Directives or WMQ Limited Policy throughout employment and prior to commencement.
* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work.
