Key responsibilities include:
* Managing renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities
* Providing tailored insurance advice tolocalclients
* Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and coverage
* Identifying opportunities to grow and retain your portfolio
* Working closely with internal support staff to ensure seamless service delivery
About You
* Experience in general insurance broking
* Tier 1 qualification (or working towards it)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive mindset with the ability to manage your own portfolio
* For step‐up candidates: solid exposure to renewals, quoting, and client interaction
