Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the management and optimisation of aircraft design organisations.
* Liaising with authorities to coordinate on airworthiness and environmental protection matters.
* Overseeing the preparation of airworthiness certification programs.
* Developing and ensuring the effectiveness of the Design Assurance System.
* Delegating office functions and providing verification to the Head of Military Design Organisations.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Aerospace engineering or other suitable disciplines are required.
* A minimum of five years' relevant industry experience in design and certification of aircraft modifications and repairs is essential.
* Experience in developing compliant engineering management systems is highly desirable.
