About the Role
Step into a rewarding leadership position where you will use your advanced clinical skills and experience to deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients. As a Clinical Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will:
* Deliver specialist critical care nursing and lead clinical decision-making within a modern 16‐bed ICU and 4‐bed HDU.
* Provide expert guidance and leadership to nursing teams, supporting safe, person‐centred care.
* Contribute to education, research, and quality improvement to enhance clinical outcomes.
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and manage complex patient care.
About You
You are a highly skilled and compassionate nurse with a passion for critical care and a drive to lead excellence in clinical practice. You thrive in dynamic environments and value collaboration, education, and patient‐centred outcomes. You will bring:
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered Nurse.
* Advanced clinical expertise and critical thinking in intensive care nursing.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead others to achieve safe, high‐quality care.
* A commitment to continuous learning, research, and innovation in clinical practice.
* (Postgraduate qualifications in critical care or current enrolment highly regarded.)
