**Position Summary**:
We have an exciting new Customer Service Representative (Officer) position for our Melbourne based Clinic. The objective of the role is to be able to provide hearing care services to the local community through patient-centric care. You will be the face of the business. You should have at least 12 months of experience working independently and have good problem-solving skills.

**Your core responsibilities at the job**:
- Providing face-to-face & over the phone (Incoming) support to our clients.
- Everyday administration work at the clinic
- Minor repair & management of hearing aids & Cochlear Implants (Training Provided)
- Processing payment and HSP claims
- Diary management for clinicians
- Follow-up calls to clients (Outgoing)
- Maintain relationship with manufactureres (Repairs & Orders)
- Account handling of clinic & Aged A/R Report along with communication with insurance companies
