The Anaesthesia department is accredited for specialist training and involved in teaching and research. We provide anaesthetic services for obstetrics, gynaecology, orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, and dental procedures.
Job Description:
* We are seeking an experienced anaesthetist to join our team, working closely with the Director of Anaesthesia to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered safely, reliably, and efficiently.
* The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
* This is an exciting opportunity for newly qualified Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) to consolidate a consultant role in a supportive environment.
About You:
* You must hold an MBBS or equivalent qualification and be eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
* Registration or eligibility for registration as a Specialist in Anaesthesia with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority (AHPRA) is required.
* You must also enrol and maintain ongoing CME programs with the relevant College.

* Total remuneration value up to $528,432 p.a., including salary rate between $251,527 - $266,677 p.a. and 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
