About the role
Edwards Windsor Real Estate is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to assist the Commercial Asset Management and Sales Team. This full time role is responsible for managing the financial aspects of our commercial property portfolio, ensuring accurate record-keeping, trust account management, and listing and sales processing.
What you'll be doing
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property trust accounts, including security deposits, rent payments, and other related transactions
* Processing client invoices and rent payments in a timely manner
* Reconciling trust accounts and preparing monthly financial reports
* Liaising with clients, property managers, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
* Assist Commercial Sales and Leasing by creating and editing offers and contract documents, and liaising with all stakeholders as requested by the Commercial Team
* Process listings, sales and settlements, and maintain the Control database
* Monitor Facilities Maintenance requests, and arrange maintenance as required
* Assist Commercial team with general administration duties
What we're looking for
* Experience with accounts management
* Excellent attention to detail and numeracy accuracy
* Proficient in the use of software and accounting systems
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
