As a town planner or senior town planner, you will play a vital role in supporting clients by preparing planning advice, development applications and reports. You will work closely with senior leaders to collaborate with clients, consultants and authorities to achieve project outcomes while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, coordinate and manage Development Applications and planning advice
* Draft planning reports, policy submissions and responses to authority information requests
* Attend and contribute to consultation sessions, client meetings and site visits
* Provide recommendations on planning matters and support resolution of issues in a team environment
* Prepare quotes and reports under the guidance of senior staff
* Maintain relationships with valued clients and stakeholders
* Monitor relevant legislation to ensure compliance across all projects
