Our Client Our client is a well established residential builder specialising in turnkey investor homes within greenfields estates. They have built a strong reputation for delivering consistent, affordable housing at scale and are a preferred builder for investors and developers across multiple estates. The business is well structured with clear processes, realistic expectations and a steady sales pipeline. This is not a start up or a builder finding their feet, it is a proven operation with experienced leadership, strong supplier relationships and long term visibility of work. Staff retention is high and the focus is on doing things properly rather than cutting corners. The Role This is a Sales Estimator role focused on front end pricing for high volume residential builds. You will work closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders to produce accurate, compliant and competitive sales estimates. Key responsibilities include * Preparing sales estimates including base pricing, site costs and investor upgrade packages * Full take offs from architectural plans, engineering and soil reports * Pricing standard options, upgrades and variations * Liaising with suppliers and trades to obtain and review pricing * Maintaining price books and supplier rates within estimating systems * Working with sales to adjust pricing to meet investor budgets where required * Ensuring estimates align with NCC, Australian Standards and internal guidelines The Requirements * Experience in residential sales estimating, greenfields or volume housing preferred * Strong ability to interpret plans and reports * High attention to detail and strong numerical capability * Confident communicator who works well with sales driven environments * Estimating software experience preferred, Excel essential * Full AU wroking rights is a necessity The Benefits * Consistent, high volume pipeline of turnkey investor homes * Structured estimating function with clear processes * Supportive, experienced team and realistic workloads * Competitive salary based on experience * Hybrid role with WFH long term career progression In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment.
