About the opportunity:

Are you a proactive, tech-savvy professional with a passion for supporting staff and students? We're seeking an administration focused professional to join our Faculty support team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for staff enquiries providing responsive, high-quality administrative services across the Faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be the friendly face at our reception desk, providing responsive, customer-focused support
* Deliver high-quality administrative and technical assistance to staff and students
* Support the coordination of Faculty events, meetings, and activities
* Assist with finance, HR and travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
* Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, always keeping stakeholders in mind

Requirements:

* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience in administrative support, ideally in an educational or professional services setting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with AI tools and platforms
* A stakeholder-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
