Senior Project Planner | Defence & Infrastructure
Full-time - Department: Defence
We are looking for an experienced Project Planner (Senior or Associate Director level) to join our Infrastructure team in Adelaide. This role supports a critical infrastructure program as part of a nationally significant endeavour and will play a critical part in planning and project controls.
As a Project Planner, you will:
* Develop and maintain detailed construction programs and the Master Schedule.
* Integrate scheduling with reporting and broader project controls functions.
* Coordinate with stakeholders across planning, pre‐construction, construction, and commissioning phases.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on schedule performance, progress, and forecasts.
* Conduct schedule quality checks, critical path analysis, and delay/forensic reviews.
* Present schedule insights through dashboards and summary reports.
In order to be successful in your application, you will need:
* Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Australian Security Clearance.
* Willingness to be located in Adelaide.
* Proven experience as a Project Planner, Scheduler, or Schedule Manager on major infrastructure projects (e.g., rail, utilities, aviation, civil, ports, transport).
* Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, with exposure to tools such as Safran, Acumen Fuse, Primavera Risk, and Power BI.
* Experience working in both consultancy and client‐side environments.
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from Project Directors.
