We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team in South Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership team, including day-to-day schedule, email, and diary management.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports.
* Organize significant business and special events.
* Manage secretarial support to the project team.
Requirements
* Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Team Assistant with experience supporting multiple leaders or teams.
* Strong computer literacy and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
* Ability to prioritize work, build relationships across stakeholders, and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
