About The Role We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our rapidly growing business, who will be responsible for delivering timely and efficient advisory support to meet our clients’ needs. You will play a critical role in supporting advisers and the clients to execute the advice provided and build strong client relationships as a key liaison of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Managing client queries and ongoing relationships.
Preparing documentation (ROAs, SOAs, review packs).
Superannuation, investments and insurance processing.
Liaising with providers, platforms, paraplanners and advisers.
End‑to‑end implementation of advice strategies.
Maintaining and updating Xplan workflows and client data.
Supporting review cycles, annual services and compliance requirements.
Contributing to the broader team objectives, through assisting with reception as required or other client/administrative tasks.
About You
Experience as a Client Service Manager in a financial advisory setting.
Financial experience with superannuation, shares and investments.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
High level of personal motivation and initiative.
Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Understanding of delivering a professional customer service experience.
Attention to detail and analytical approach to day‑to‑day tasks.
Ability and experience of working well within a team environment.
Xplan experience highly regarded.
Strong knowledge of investment platforms including BT Panorama, Netwealth, and Macquarie.
Knowledge of the workings and requirements of SMSF’s.
Experience and understanding of Centrelink.
