Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and service-oriented individual to join our team as an Ambassador of Excellence. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional client experiences by providing on-site workplace related services.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will build rapport with clients and ensure their needs are met to minimize escalations.
* You will support the delivery of internal general services for staff across various disciplines including property, facilities, ergonomics, emergency preparedness, event management, desk and parking booking, meeting rooms, AV/VC issues, and building orientation.
* You will ensure adherence to workplace guidelines to create a welcoming, safe, and productive work environment.
* You will build strong relationships with all stakeholders, respond to feedback, assist in the coordination and delivery of day-to-day office premises operations.
* You will display flexibility in your availability to ensure coverage on conference center floors and maintain work standards during high volume workloads.
* You will provide guidance to colleagues on navigating self-service functions for technical support such as security, safety, and IT issues.
* You will ensure meeting room floors are maintained in a pristine and clutter-free state, set up rooms ready for each booking, and liaise with suppliers to streamline the service offering.
* You will utilize stakeholder relationships to identify opportunities to expand the service offering, e.g., project delivery, trade self-delivery services, and raise these with your line manager for further consideration.
* You will manage the mailroom and deliver administration and logistics support, enhancing the employee experience of colleagues through onsite services and business administration support.
* You will drive digital influence within departments, providing the option of scanning incoming mail/cheques to a digital mailbox and maximizing digital correspondence distribution.
Requirements
* You should have well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, including managing expectations.
* You should have well-developed time management and project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and coordinate others to meet key milestones.
* You should have prior experience in hospitality, hotel management, or high-end corporate concierge.
* Prior experience in managing meeting room services is an advantage.
* You should have proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting.
* You must present a professional and friendly corporate image to clients.
* You should be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* You should have a good command of verbal and written English.
